Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused
All original tags and packaging must be intact
A valid proof of purchase is required

Once we receive the returned product and complete our quality check, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product has a manufacturing defect
For non-defective returns (such as dislike, wrong size, or wrong product ordered), reverse pickup can be arranged at a charge of ₹100

If you are self-shipping:

Pack the product securely to avoid damage
Use a reliable courier service
Share shipping details with your Order ID at: support@findnbuy.online

For replacement requests, please return the product first. After approval, you will receive a store credit or discount coupon to place a new order.

For defective or damaged products:

Please share clear images or videos for verification
Replacement or refund will be processed after verification
Refund Policy

You may request a refund or free replacement within 30 days of delivery only if the product is defective or damaged.

Refund Conditions:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount

If your return is approved:

Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

Courier charges will be reimbursed only in case of manufacturing defects
We recommend using Speed Post or any reliable courier service
For high-value items (above ₹5000), use a trackable or insured shipping service

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
Personal care or hygiene products
Hazardous or flammable items
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

The item is not in original condition
The item is damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
The return is requested after 30 days
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

You will receive a gift credit after return approval

If not marked as a gift:

Refund will be issued to the original buyer

findnbuy will never ask for your Credit/Debit card details or OTP for processing refunds.
